Cote d'Ivoire: Obama Offers U.S. Support to Ouattara

The Obama administration says it welcomes the commitment of C�te d'Ivoire's President Alassane Ouattara to reconciliation in his country now that he has assumed his duties, and is looking to re-establish a normal trade and assistance relationship with the country.
